Nicole StremlauNicole Stremlau is Head of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy at the University of Oxford. She is also Research Professor at the University of Johannesburg. She previously worked for a newspaper in Ethiopia, and has researched new techologies and innovation in Somalia and Somaliland and media and election violence in Kenya.
