Nikhil SharmaNikhil Paramjit Sharma is the founder-CEO of zlait Sports Management and works actively in the sports consultancy, infrastructure and athlete management domain. He has also until recently served as Director on the board of Shillong Ljong Football Club--an I-League club from the North-East of India. He was part of the founding team that incepted the Guwahati franchise in the Indian Super League in 2014 which he led as Head of Football in the 2014 ISL season. A certified Football Coach with AIFF, AFC and FIFA courses attended, Nikhil is passionate about technical advancement, commercialisation and branding of the sport of football, particularly in India. He has authored numerous articles and essays relating to football in India focussing on sustainability and sports marketing.

Nikhil has been instrumental in bringing world famous sports clubs and brands to India through his entire career in sports management. He has previously worked in various FMCG, Retail and Media organisations across the length and breadth of the country.
