Nikki Cates

Nikki Cates is a faith-rooted life coach, transformational speaker, and spiritual mentor called to guide Black women and women of color through the journey of healing, identity, and purposeful living. With a deep commitment to helping women confrot and overcome self-sabotage, Nikki merges her gifts in coaching, teaching, and pastoral care to create spaces where transformation can truly take root.

She is the founder of the Global Women's Transformation Collective, a nonprofit devoted to equipping marginalized women with tools for leadership, healing, and liberation across the globe. She also leads The Unbothered Resistance, a movement and sacred community empowering women of color to live unapologetically, resist burnout, and lead from their authentic selves.

With years of experience mentoring women, developing faith-rooted content, and facilitating life-changing conversations, Coach Nikki writes from a place of spiritual wisdom and real-world understanding. Her work invites women to return to their wholeness, reclaim their voice, and walk boldly in alignment with who God created them to be.
