Nishant LallNishant Lall is an urban designer/ architect from University of California, Los Angeles ( UCLA ) and has been practicing in India since 2010. His project includes public spaces project and civic engagement infill schemes apart from teaching. Prior tothis he has worked at various firms in Boston and Los Angeles from 2001-2009. He has been on expert committees on urban growth, urban conservation and landscape in city of Delhi and is currently an expert to World Bank India on urban resilience, disaster risk and management. His key interests lie in urban ecology, public spaces and urban revitalization schemes that offer a contrast to large scale infrastructural mega projects that characterize urbanism in India. In his prior experience he has worked on key projects like UPenn Connects Master Plan and 798 Arts Complex Beijing ( w Sasaki) and Cambridge North Point Master Plan adjacent to MIT ( w CBT Architects).
