Nishant Prabhakar

Nishant brings over a decade of experience in private market investing, with deep expertise across consumer, technology, manufacturing, and industrial sectors. He has been associated with leading global and domestic private equity platforms, incluing Premji Invest, The Rohatyn Group (general partner to Citi and J.P. Morgan-sponsored private equity funds), and EISAF (the Edelweiss-CDPQ investment platform), collectively overseeing multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios. He has also served on the boards of several marquee platforms and portfolio companies, contributing to strategic oversight and value creation initiatives.

Nishant holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Indore, where he was on the Director's List, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from MSRIT Bangalore, graduating as an academic medal holder.
