Norma DaleNorma Dale was born, and grew up in Callington, a small country town on the edge of the Adelaide Hills, South Australia. While other girls were playing with dolls and doll houses Norma, very much a tomboy, was trapping rabbits along the Bremer River nd during school holidays, working in the shearing shed for her father. It was at Mount Barker High School when she first realized she liked writing and her English teacher gave her encouragement, telling her one day you will write a book.
