Norman AbjorensenNorman Abjorensen has taught at the Australian National University (the ANU), Canberra, from where he obtained a PhD for a dissertation on political leadership. He has also taught at the University of Canberra and at universities in Japan, China and he Philippines. He was Honorary Research Fellow at the Prime Ministers' Centre, Museum of Australian Democracy, Canberra, 2010–13. He is a prominent media commentator on politics and is a former journalist, having been national editor of the Sydney Morning Herald and political editor of the Sunday Herald.
