Noureddine AbbadeniNoureddine Abbadeni is currently Associate Professor of Computer Science and vice-chair of the Software Engineering department at the College of Computer and Information Sciences at King Saud University. He received the B.Eng. degree in Computer Sciece (Software Engineering) from USTHB-Algiers-Algeria, the M.Sc. degree in Computer Science and the M.Sc degree in Computational Linguistics, both from University of Grenoble-France, the DESS degree in Management from HEC Montreal-Canada, and the PhD degree in Computer Science from University of Sherbrooke-Canada. Dr. Abbadeni has an experience of more than 14 years in both academia and IT industry in Canada, USA, UAE, and KSA. Dr. Abbadeni conducted research projects for several years and has several papers published in international refereed conferences and journals such as IEEE Trans. on IP , Elsevier’s JVCIR, IEEE ICME, IEEE ICIP, etc. His research fields include multimedia computing, information retrieval, data mining, and pattern recognition & image processing.
