Olawumi SadareDr Olawumi Sadare is a Research Fellow in the School of Chemical and Minerals Engineering in the Faculty of Engineering at North-West University, South Africa. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from The University of the Witwatersrand, South frica. She has published in some leading international peer-reviewed journals in Chemical Engineering and Applied Sciences. She has attended several national and international scientific conferences. She currently has >25 publications in scientific journals, and 6 book chapters. She was an editorial board member of the American Journal of Chemical and Biochemical Engineering (2021), and co-guest editor for the Special issue "Membrane Applications in Biological Remediation & Purification of biologics (Membranes (IF:4.106) (2022). It is noteworthy to mention that ‘Wumi was one of the recipients of the famous L’Oreal-UNESCO for Women in Science, Sub-Saharan African Fellowship in 2017, and Newton International fellowship in 2022, attesting to her promising research capacity and leadership in Chemical Engineering.
