Since founding OB&Co, Banks has kick-started transformation projects with global retailers and brands, including creating new propositions, unlocking revenue streams, expanding internationally, integrating acquisitions and defining ideal operating models. Collectively, these initiatives have delivered over £100m of new annual profits.
