Oliver Hunkin
Oliver Hunkin was best known as the pioneering head of the religiousprogrammes at the BBC in the 1960s. He read theology at Oxford, served as an assistant priest at Peterborough and worked for a few years in thefilm industry. Oliver Hunkin helped ith the creation of The Dangerous Journey, an abridged version of The Pilgrim’s Progress, by carefully selected words from John Bunyan's original timelessstory to present a gripping narrative for children.
