MindJournal was created by Ollie Aplin in 2016, after journaling for several years to overcome anxiety and the loss of his mum. Discovering that journaling had helped him change his own life, he embarked on a mission to create a journal that couldhelp other guys.

The launch of a hugely successful crowd-funding campaign led to MindJournal becoming a global movement. One that’s helping thousands of guys to start the life-changing habit of journaling.
