Orazaly SabdenOrazaly Sabden was born on May 20, 1947 in Tastumsyk aul of Tulkubasskiy region of South-Kazakhstani oblast of the Kazakh SSR. He graduated the Kazakh Institute of Chemical Engineering (1970). Doctor of Economics (1989), Professor (1999), acad-emicia of the International News Agency and the Scientific Re-search Academy of the RK (1992), academician of the Academy of Sciences of HS of the RK and the International Higher Edu-cation Academy of Sciences (1996), academician of the Inter-national Economic Association Eurasia (1998), academician of the Kazakhstani National Academy of Natural Sciences (2009), President of the Republican public association The Union of Scientists (2006). In 1970 - 1973 years he worked on Chimkent's lead plant, in Kazmontazhautomatica trust. In 1973 - 1990 years he was a senior economist, junior, sen-ior, chief research worker of the Institute of Economics of the Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan. In 1990 - 2001 years he was elected as a deputy of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan four times. He was a chairman of committee of economic reform, on the question of science advancement and public education. In 2001 - 2003 years he was a president of the International Kazakh-Turkish University named after Hoja Ahmet yassawi. In 2004 - 2006 years he was a professor of the Kazakh Acad-emy of Transport and Communications named after M. Tyny-shpaev, president of the Institute of Analysis and Prognosis Ka-zakhstan - USA. In 2006 - 2012 years he was a director of the Institute of Eco-nomics of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2012 he was a chairman of scientific center, chief re-search worker of the Institute of Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
