Ossama AbdelkhalikOssama Abdelkhalik is associate professor in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Iowa State University, in Ames, Iowa. Prior to joining Iowa State University, he was a faculty member in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Engineering echanics at Michigan Technological University. Dr. Abdelkhalik received his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a B.S. and M.S. degrees in aerospace engineering from Cairo University, Egypt. His research interests are in the areas of orbital mechanics, dynamics, optimal control, wave energy conversion, and space trajectory optimization.
