As a child, I didn't know how or why I could draw, except that I could, and that I loved it!I was Inspired by and heavily influenced by the edgy pop culture of the 80's and 90's, and I remembe thinking I want to do that!I graduated from The Art Institute with an Associates Degree of Applied Science in Computer Animation a long time ago.Then a rude awakening. Sometimes in life you have to re-invent yourself. You cant rest your dreams on the shoulders of family, no exceptions!Many years later I was inspired, followed by an explosion of new found skills and ability by watching tutorials on YouTube.Then one day I saw an Artist share the unboxing of his first manga book! Time stood still, and every version of my self in the multiverse said: I want to do that!I put down a blank sheet of paper and picked up a mechanical pencil!
