P E Francis a Di BellaFrank Di Bella is a Professional Engineer and Principal of ARGO Millennium Engineering Ventures. He was the Director of the School of Engineering Technology at Northeastern University and is currently an Adjunct Engineering Instructor at Boston Univesity's Mechanical Engineering/AERO Dept. His professional interests include developing systems that utilize renewable energy, in all of its forms, in useful ways for the purpose of providing sustainable energy while also advocating energy conservation for its immediate impact on reducing non-renewable energy use.
