P. Sivaraman

P. Sivaraman currently works as a Power Plant Control Engineer at Schneider Electric Solar India Pvt Ltd., in India. He has 10 years of industrial experience in renewable energy and its integration, solar PV systems, wind power plants, energy storge systems, power quality studies, and harmonic assessments. He is an expert on several power system simulation software and an active member of multiple IEEE standards working groups. He received both his B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2012), and M.E. in Power Systems Engineering (2014), from Anna University, India. He has co-authored or edited 8 books, and published several papers at national and international conferences. He is also senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE), and a life member of the Institution of Engineers (India), from whom he has received the Professional Engineer (PEng) certification.
