Panayotis M ProtopsaltisPanayotis M. Protopsaltis was born in Athens (Greece) in 1970. He studied law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Greece) as well as at the I.H.E.I. of the University of Paris II (Panth�on-Assas) and at the University of Pars I (Panth�on-Sorbonne) (France) from where he holds a doctoral degree. He specializes in international investment law and has given lectures at universities, conducted research and contributed to publications on the subject. In addition to his academic work, the author is a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association and is regularly retained to advise intergovernmental and governmental organizations as well as private sector entities on investment related legal issues.
