Paolini HerdleyDR. HERDLEY PAOLINI earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University. She has more than twenty five years of experience in the counseling field. For six years she directed Physician Support Services at AdventHealth Orlando, th largest admitting hospital in America. As a member of the medical staff, Dr. Paolini established and maintained the first and only hospital-based clinical practice for physicians in the country. Dr. Paolini's specific areas of expertise include wellness and satisfaction, stress management, grief and loss issues, relationship issues, depressive and anxiety disorders, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder. She has extensive experience in program development and consulting at various universities, hospitals, and organizations across the country. Her work at AdventHealth Orlando focused solely on research and clinical work aimed at enhancing physicians' lives.
