Patrick H WilliamsPatrick H. Williams was born in St. Andrew, Jamaica, West Indies. He earned an associate degree in teaching in 1992 and taught in both inner-city schools and rural schools for the next several years. In January of 1999, he immigrated to the United Sttes of America, where he became a US citizen and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management studies and a master of education degree, both from Cambridge College, Boston, Massachusetts.Mr. Williams worked in the banking industry for several years and with a non-profit organization, tutoring students in mathematics and language arts.
