Patrick L SimiskeyPatrick is a chemical engineer who worked for The Dow Chemical Company for 36 years designing and building chemical plants before retiring to go to work for Huntsman Corporation for five years to do the same. He is also a certified, Six Sigma Black Blt. He received a master's degree in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University. He served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Southern Far East Mission-laboring in Hong Kong and Taiwan. He has served as a bishop, high councilor, scoutmaster, and in other callings in the LDS Church. He is married to the former Saundra Ann Temple, and they are the parents of six sons, sixteen grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
