Patt PaulosPatt Paulos was born in Sioux City, Iowa, and raised by her Greek and Norwegian father and an Italian mother. Together, they taught their eight children the importance of love, being compassionate, and forgiving unceasingly. These treasures became th pillars upon which she built her life, especially as a wife to Rod Darrow and a mother to Shannon, Chris, and Tom. When called upon, she collects, delivers, and serves meals to the poor, which she finds extremely rewarding. Yet, Patt's life-dream was to write books for children. With fifteen books now complete, she chose this one to be the first published.
