Paul GuernseyPaul Guernsey is the editor and publisher of The Ghost Story: Ghost Stories in Literature, Folklore, and Contemporary Culture. He administers a pair of international short story contests called The Ghost Story Supernatural Fiction Award and Th Screw Turn Flash Fiction Competition.
