Dr Paul Lambert BA LLB LLM, TMA, CTMA, Professor (Information Technology Law Institute and Manchester Metropolitan University), Visiting Research Fellow (Institute of Advanced Legal Studies), Qualified Lawyer, PhD, CDPO, editor, has been pulishing articles in legal and business journals (including the European Intellectual Property Review) on topics such as data protection, the internet, intellectual property and courtroom broadcasting for many years.
