Peng LiDr. Peng Li is currently a professor at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, Tianjin University, China. As a principal investigator (PI), he has led many national science and technology programs in China, including the National Key RD Program subproject and Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
