Penny HigginsPenelope (Penny) Higgins has been writing poetry since she was seven years old. She has written several children's stories, including "Oscar, the Mighty Crab", "There's A Bear in My Bed" and "The Regimarilla from Regimarazz". Penny is a retired teachr. She lives in a small retirement community in Oregon where she keeps busy doing volunteer work, and arts and crafts.
