Perfecto AquinoPerfecto G. Aquino,Jr. is currently a Resident Researcher cum Senior Lecturer at the Socio-Economics Research Institute and at the Faculty of Business Administration of Duy Tan University in Danang City, Vietnam. He teaches Human Resources Management Organizational Behavior and other Business Management related courses in the said higher education institution. Prior to his assignment in Vietnam, Dr. Aquino was an Assistant Professor and Head of the Business Department at the Emirates College for Management and Information Technology (ECMIT) and was a Visting Assistant Professor at the American University in the Emirates, United Arab Emirates. He was also an Assistant Professor at the Gulf College/Staffordshyre University in Oman and at AMA International University-Bahrain. He is a holder of Ph.D in Public Administration and Management at the Royal and Pontifical University of Santo Tomas,Manila, Philippines.Dr. Aquino was awarded in 2019 a CBME Certificate of Professional Teaching by the Chartered Association of Business Schools in United Kingdom.He has published several papers in Scopus, Springer and IGI Global International Publishing, among others.
