Pertti NäränenPertti Näränen (b. 1962 in Finland) is Senior Lecturer of media studies at TAMK University of Applied Sciences, School of Art and Media. His doctoral thesis title was "Digital television: Analyses on early history, challenges to media policy, and trasformation of television" (2006, University of Tampere, dept. of Journalism and Mass Communication).
