Peter AndreasPeter Andreas is the John Hay Professor of International Studies at Brown University. Previously, Andreas was an academy scholar at Harvard University, a research fellow at the Brookings Institution, and an SSRC-MacArthur Foundation Fellow on Internaional Peace and Security. Andreas is the author, coauthor, or coeditor of a dozen books, including Smuggler Nation: How Illicit Trade Made America (OUP, 2013); Policing the Globe: Criminalization and Crime Control in International Relations (OUP, 2006); and Killer High: A History of War in Six Drugs (OUP, 2020).
