Peter J. Dean, MS, PhD, and Molly D. Shepard, MS, MSM, are partners in the Leaders Edge/Leaders By Design, a leadership development and executive coaching firm that is dedicated to helping C-suite, executive, andhigh-potential leaders enhance their skills, including the ability to embrace, understand, and leverage the complexities inherent in the modern workforce. Peter holds an MS in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a PhD in Learning Psychology and Human Resources Management from the University of Iowa. He is the author of Leadership for Everyone.

Molly holds an MS in Psychological Services and Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSM in Leadership from the American College. She is the author of Breaking into the Boys' Club and Stop Whining and Start Winning.
