Peter WilemanPeter Wileman is President of the Royal Insitute of Oil Painters and his work has been shown at The Royal Society of Marine Painters and the New English Art Club, as well as at the ROI. He has won several painting awards, including the Frank Herring ward and the Cornelissen Prize.  He has made several painting DVDs.  This is his first book.
