He has also completed a CPCC (Certified Professional Career Coach) program offered by the Professional Association of Resume Writers & Career Coaches. Phil enjoyed a thirty-five-year corporate career that included companies such as Amazon, Wolters Kluwer, Avalara, and Harry & David. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to manage functions and coach others. In the process, he has cultivated an interest in what generates engagement in the workplace, as well as factors that positively or negatively affect our lives and careers.
