Prabhjot KaurDr. Prabhjot Kaur received her Ph.D. in management from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Currently, she is pursuing post-doctoral research (funded by ICSSR, New Delhi) from University Institute of Applied Management Sciences (UIAMS), Panjab Unversity, Chandigarh. She has published articles in national and international journals and presented papers at several national and international conferences including Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow.
