Qiang Chen Qiang Chen received his MSc degree in Measurement and Control Technology and Instrumentation from Hebei Agricultural University, Baoding, China, in 2006, and his PhD in Control Science and Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing China, in 2012. Since then, he has been with the School of Information Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou, China, where he is currently a Professor.
