In his younger years, he worked in a variety of departments at a butling New Jersey superstore-an experience that became the springboard for this humorous and heartfelt recollections.

Drawing on real-life events and larger-than-life personalities, Suter has crafted a vivid time capsule of 1970s working-class culture, where bell-bottoms were in style, rock-and-roll ruled the airwaves, and every shift at Valley Fair promised a new adventure.

Now residing at Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehab Nursing Home in New Jersey, R. E. Suter continues to write, reflect, and make people laugh with tales that blur the line between memory and mischief.
