His teaching career began at the Aryabhatta Institute of Engineering & Management, Durgapur, and continued at the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur before joining Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology.
