Rahim KadkhodaieRahim Kadkhodaie is an assistant professor of Sedimentology and Sedimentary Petrology at the Earth
Sciences Department, University of Tabriz, Iran. He received his PhD degree (2011–15) from the Ferdowsi
University of Mashhad. For the last 12 yers, he has been working as a researcher at the Petroleum Geology
Department of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (Tehran). His research has mainly focused on
the fusion of geological, sedimentological, petrophysical, and seismic data into reservoir static models.
Rahim has recently focused on reservoir characterization of unconventional reservoirs, specially tight gas
