Raj SelladuraiDr. Raj Selladurai is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business and Economics at Indiana University Northwest. He also serves as Small Business Institute (SBI) Director for the School of Business and Economics. His research focuss on the areas of servant leadership, leadership effectiveness, operations and supply chain management, high-speed rail and supply chain management, and business-healthcare collaboration. He has published several papers, chapters, and case studies in various management and operations management related business publications and journals including co-editing a book on “Servant Leadership: Research and Practice.” He has over 27 years of academic and professional business experience including participating at the recent "Servant Leadership: Path to High Performance" Executive Education Seminar at the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia. He has also taught business management courses as Visiting Professor at universities in Austria and Switzerland.
