He joined Department of Anthropology, Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidylaya (A Central University), Sagar, Madhya Pradesh as an Assistant Professor in July 2004. He was born on October 2nd, 1970 in a vilage Deogaon, district Mandla of Madhaya Pradesh. He was awarded degree of Ph.D. by the University of Delhi.
