Ramalingam ShanmugamRamalingam Shanmugam received Ph.D. degree from Temple University. Since 2016, he is honored with title honorary professor of international studies at Texas State University. He is a passionate teacher. Students nominated him to Honor Society of Phi appa Phi. He published over 178 research articles in frontline national and international journals. In 1984, he was elected to be a fellow of the International Statistical Institute. In 2021, he was selected to be a fellow of the American Statistical Association.
