Randy CecilRandy Cecil has always been fascinated by picture books, so it should come as no surprise that he has now illustrated more than a dozen books for children. He is a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design. Randy received a book deal not long aftr graduating and also worked as a freelance designer. He lives in Houston Texas, where he also grew up.
