Ray HallRay Hall, a graduate of Jamestown Community College, was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who went on to run several businesses throughout his lifetime. He had been employed by the former Jamestown Telephone Company and was past president of the telepone workers union. Ray had worked for the Norvell Reed Farm, where he bought, sold, and auctioned cattle. He was the Clerk of the Chautauqua County Legislature 1980-1983. During his retirement years, he hosted a talk radio show on WJTN called The Hall Closet and wrote a blog for the Post Journal. Ray had a lifelong passion for politics and served as Chairman of the Jamestown Democratic Party for several years. Ray completed writing Killer on the Run prior to his passing on December 20, 2011.
