His business coaching, mentoring, and personal ministry have given him a unique perspective on the wide range of struggles leaders face in all walks of life. A skilled communicator, Ray has served as editor in chief for Oklahoma's largest weekly news journal, hosted an award-winning radio program, and been a keynote speaker for conventions, conferences, and campuses.
