Raymond G CrossTook early retirement from IBM in 1984 and attended the Presbyterian Reformed Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi. Received my Masters Degree in 1987. Became a minister of the Gospel and my first and only church was the Presbyterian Church in America, i Sardis, Mississippi. We served there for four years and in 1991 we went to Japan as a Church Planter with the Presbyterian Missions. In 1994 my wife died in Japan and returning to Sardis, Mississippi, I taught Vocational-Tech classes at the Northwest Community College. Also filled in preaching until I re-married, (Jo Adams) a Professor of General Chemistry at the NorthWest Community College. Shortly after that, The Sardis Presbyterian Church in America needed a minister, became their minister and was with the Sardis Presbyterian church for a total of twenty-five years.
