Raymond Saccardi Raymond J. Saccardi has more than 15 years solid Exeperience with high-speed systems. Currently with the Department of Defense, he is a branch Chief responsible for in-house design and Construction of several, large, special purpose systems. Thes systems are implemented using microprocessors, high-speed ECL integrated circuits, custom VLSI, and high-speed 32-bit minicomputers. Mr. Saccardi teaches courses on computer architecture, minicomputers, and microprocessors for the Department of DEfense,at the University of Maryland where he is an adjucent professor. he is a member of IEEE, the IEEE COmputer Society, and Eta Kappa Nu.
