Rex KinderDavid Burrowes was involved in training entrepreneurs and government business advisers and developing small businesses in Papua New Guinea for ten years. For a further 3 years, he managed a Pacific Regional Project for Small Enterprise Development fuded by the United Nations Development Program. He has developed and managed a number of businesses himself and continues to work as a consultant.

He also has been involved in promoting and starting small businesses and has worked as a consultant in the Southeast Asia, South and Central Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe, and the Pacific for the last thirty years.
