Rey A BandaRey A. Banda, a Weslaco, Texas, native, is a published author of two inspirational Christmas stories involving hope, love, and perseverance. Mr. Banda is a Special Education Teacher at a local middle school. He is also the creator of "Northopolis", amagical Christmas lawn display which has sparked the interest of a national television network.
