Carr eventually became Director of Digital for Paul Allen's Rose City Radio group, setting sales and innovation records by combining the internet and radio into breathtakingly successful events for advertisers and listeners. On air, Carr was also featured as the host of "The Wired Northwest," a daily look into that region's burgeoning internet-centric rapid growth via technological, digital, and cellular means. Carr owned and operated radio stations, managed television stations, and started Carr Knowledge in 1999 to ignite audience behavior by focusing on how a message would ease into the brain, be accepted and retained, and enable the learner to act on that new information as their own.
