Richard MarsonAfter winning his first Blue Peter badge in 1972, Richard Marson joined the BBC in 1988 and worked on many flagship programmes including Going Live!, Top of the Pops and, of course, Blue Peter. After spending five years as a freelance Producer/Directr for a range of companies including Disney, Planet 24 and LWT, he returned to the BBC to direct Record Breakers and Tomorrow's World, and this led to the chance to join Blue Peter as a Producer in 1998.
