He returned to Washington, D.C. in 1989 and began his a ssociation with National Geographic in 1991. His career as a travel phtographer has taken him to numerous countries around the world, and has produced over forty-five large format gift books and travel guides for Insight Guides, National Geographic, and five titles for Farcountry Press.
